Refund & Returns Policy

All custom apparel and printed marketing materials are made to order and are FINAL SALE.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Custom apparel (including printed, embroidered, or personalized items)
• Printed marketing materials (flyers, business cards, banners, signage, packaging, etc.)
• Custom artwork, designs, proofs, or layout services

Errors & Defects

We will replace or correct orders only if:

• The product is defective, damaged, or
• The finished product does not match the approved proof or order details

Reporting Issues

• All claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Proof of issue (photos and order details) is required.
• Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Customer-Provided Errors

We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including but not limited to:

• Spelling, grammar, or design mistakes
• Incorrect colors or sizes
• Low-resolution artwork
• Incorrect quantities or specifications
• Approved proofs and mockups

Production & Delivery

• Slight variations in color, size, or placement are normal in printing and apparel production.
• Shipping delays, courier issues, or delivery delays are not grounds for refunds.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse any refund, return, or reprint that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
